This semi-basement was a bad experience, why?
-Ongoing MICE problem: I advised the landlord and after a while he sent an exterminator. It did not solve the issue so I had to get a cat because it was too scary. There was a lot of mice activity, I had to clean mice poop often. After talking with the neighbors, they told me that this place has been having this issue since a couple of years.
-COLD in the winter + COSTLY heating bills. It depends if you like the cold or not, but other ppl have told me they were also feeling cold at my place.
-Landlord would take a while to respond to emergency situations.
-MOLD issue, etc..
What was working:
-The surrounding neighbors were nice.
-Near bus stops
