4. We had very bad experience in this apartment. we call police 18 times because of music from neighbors.The management simply ignore our complaints. We had bed bugs. It took 9 months to repair the broken toilet.

This apartment is a great deal! The price is great it includes heating, hot water, appliances and a washer and dryer are in the building (no outlet for your own unfortuntantly). Rooms are well planned out and open with satisfactory sound insulation (save the occasional toilet flush). The building was just bought by a new owner and they have already made 2 big changes:new windows and patio doors and a revamp of the balconies). Superintendant is always there during major hours of the weekdays and always gets repairs done within a week of us asking. She even came in the middle of the night when a pipe burst on the upper floor. Some neighbours can be iffy, but most are indian/middle eastern/ african american origin families with kids so they keep to themselves. Bus stops literally in front of the building!
Not alot to complain about except I wish they permitted dogs (i think some tenants are sneakily having some though) cats are allowed and any other caged animal. Patio view isn''t pleasant it is of the mirroring building across from us with a bad parking lot with lots of pot holes (i hope they try to repair it). There is a little "pathway" inbetween the buildings that makes it inconviant when you have a load of groceries to unload, but they allow you to temporarily put a car there when needed. Bus on the weekends doesn''t pass often enough. Wish the dep was closer but a 5 min walk doesn''t hurt anyone.
