This building is called Max Condo, and it is home to ants and rodents. Ants are all over the house, coming out of all cracks and electrical outlets in the walls in all rooms and kitchen countertops. Rodents are having fun playing around in the kitchen and living room, sometimes in the bedroom too. Ive tried everything to control this pests but all my efforts have failed. The landlord doesn't really care about the infestation, never even stopped by to follow up on my complain. Mice droppings are all over in my kitchen, and living room (especially behind the sofa). I still have almost a year of lease before I could leave this unhygienic place. All my neighbors have rodent and ants infestation, so it's not just my apartment. Trust me, stay away from this building unless you love living with pests.
