Rights of LOUER OU PAS

Any opinions, comments or suggestions that you express with regards to LOUER OU PAS and the Services are entirely voluntary and LOUER OU PAS shall be free to use such opinions, comments or suggestions without any obligation towards you. Financial Information

In order to initialize your customer account, LOUER OU PAS may ask you to provide us with financial information, including without limitation, your credit card number or a specimen check, which will permit us to automatically withdraw the funds necessary to pay your service fees. You hereby authorize your financial institution to pay LOUER OU PAS all amounts up to the amount necessary to discharge any service fees you may owe to LOUER OU PAS. You undertake to keep your financial information up-to-date with LOUER OU PAS.

Data Recording

LOUER OU PAS automatically records information such as your IP address, navigator type, reference domain, pages visited and search terms (“Log Data”) created when you use the Services. Other information such as your interactions with LOUER OU PAS’s websites, applications and advertisements may also be recorded. LOUER OU PAS collects Log Data in order to ensure that your user experience is secure (such as when someone is trying to guess your password) and personalized as well as to improve the Services (IP addresses are monitored when publishing a comment to prevent spam).
