Don't move there if u are not a druggie
The one man staff along with his other tenant buddies go up and down the elevator to smoke their weed making other tenants life hell
Moldy old building falling apart cracks in walls fresh air means smell of drugs and constant chemicals thru the window ac of neighbors around you
Their ac is on during winter months also which you will freeze you bud and feel sick as you smell their fertilizer and crack like stink
There is overuse of air sanitizer combined with drugs smell all over the building 24/7 except on beginning of month
The owner is one Man ghost U see once when he shows you the apt he will tell you he has allergies to pets yet there are cats in almost 3 apartments that they never get rid off even though the lease says no pets no smoking in hallway boiler room and stairs ...
Drugs are available anywhere these junkies want to smoke
No fresh air
No jobs and the lease laws are a big joke
hoping someone else doesn't go thru that hell
