Although advertised as "smoke free'- this entire building smells like an ashtray from all the shut-in chainsmokers who reside here. Ventilation is essentially non-existent. Avoid if you're sensitive to smells.

Otherwise, building is fine if old and lacking in any amenities. Location is really the only selling point.

My apartment was on the third floor. It was freezing during the winter, and quite expensive. When I lived there there was a lot of construction noise. Beyond that, it was a nice place to live. Cozy, clean, not too loud. The laundry room was really good, and there was usually at least one elevator working.
