The owner of this building also happens to own the Indian restaurant underneath the apartments as well as a few store fronts along this street. So far we have had cockroaches, mice, ants and raccoons- did nothing. Faulty and unsafe deck railings and floor boards- did nothing. Such heavy mold and water damage in the bathroom that the tiles literally fell of the wall- did nothing. Plumbing issues where smelly dirty water will come up from your drains and mysteriously go away. The landlord assaulted my roommate for a late bill payment. There was an electrical fire down the hall and all apartments were evacuated, none of the apartments were inspected for more faulty wires not to mention the smoke damage. If you've got a lot of money and want to pay to improve a very outdated apartment by all means live here. The "cheap rent" masks a lot of secrets and your phone calls and requests will go unanswered. Great neighbourhood and neighbours, love the junction!
