At least the house was nice
The landlord does not speak English but will come by weekly to clean (albeit they stopped doing that) and scream for an hour at a time. They do not complete repairs or address any of the concerns we have. Not all of the promised amenities included in our lease were ever provided. Landlord periodically breaks into rooms of tenants without notice (occasionally while tenants are asleep). Avoid.
