This apartment complex is extremely unprofessional and I would recommend NOT moving in here. Some issues include:
1. Lack of response to emails and phone calls
2. Inability to fix heat in apartment
3. Changing rent without notification illegally
4. Illegally entering your apartment without notice (extremely scary especially if you are a single female and it is two males)
5. Not keeping track of anything and accusing you when you have paid everything.
6. Not fixing a flood in the washroom after calling the after-hours line (took 15 hours before anyone fixed a flood) - could not use toilet for this amount of time
I keep track of everything and have had to file complaints with landlord and tenant board; only then will they take anything seriously.
It is SCARY having management illegally enter apartment with no notice.
