Excellent sound proofing, reasonable rent, electricity and heating included in price.
Construction contracts signed and started after leases are renewed, so tenants are not advised.
Very cold in the apartments in the winter, and heating is turned on until the 1st of june, so it''s very hot early on in the year.
Windows/balcony doors need to be changed, but the apartments are well kept aside from that.
