This is the worst place I have ever had the rotten luck to live in. I agree with the other tenant's review. There is a dog kennel being operated on the 2nd floor and the police have been called in numerous times. To be clear, the tenant in question sells the dogs. It is not a "rescue". She takes in dogs from unsuccessful SPCA adaptions and re-purposes them to the tune of $500 a piece. Asking her to quiet her dogs only results in more howling and the smell of dog piss on the main level where I live. She has dog food piled up everywhere and I have had mice in my own apartment. Oh, that tenant is aggressive to the point she has bullied several other tenants and tried to break into my apartment while screaming profanities at me. She has left dog excrement on my back doorstep, which is the last straw.

It takes forever to get anything done except when flooding was coming through my bathroom ceiling because the dog "lady" plugged up her toilet. I experienced massive electrical/hydro bills because of a lack of insulation, of 250,00 for 2 months, even when using the heating sparingly. I was cold all winter. It is filthy because there is no janitorial service, graffiti is all over the basement which you can peruse while washing your laundry in a nasty, dirty dark basement laundry room. The basement looks like a set for a horror film.

I could write another 4-5 pages about how crappy this place is, suffice it to say stay a million miles away.
