This property manager is very unprofessional and continues to try to harass tenants. They try to force you to take automatic payments which is fully illegal. They try to force you to give 1 year post-dated checks.
They don't fix anything or take months to. When they do it's the most horrible job which you could have likely done better yourself. They don't answer phone calls or emails unless you really threaten them with the Regie.
My building has vermin, mice, squirrels even though the tenants have been requesting the roof be fixed and the animals removed, in writing on multiple occasions.
They continuously say you owe amounts you DO NOT OWE and bring you to the Regie, you having to take a day off work, to find it was a clerical error. This has happened with us 3 times. Each time they harassed us as if we were trying to steal from them.
We have lived here for many many years, never once had problems till they bought the building. They want all the tenants to get annoyed until they move so the company can raise the rent. We all know what's going on here.

Avoid Tour Bois Franc like the plague!
This building is managed by Gestion XX (9068-6155 Québec Inc) and they are extremely unprofessional.
The building is advertised as 'luxury apartments' and the rent is supposed to include amenities (such as pool, gym, locker, indoor parking) which are not available 3 months after moving day and of course, Gestion XX won't discount the rent.
They cannot provide an accurate answer on when constructions will finish. Maybe in 3 months or maybe in 6 months.
Forget about safety, anyone has access to the building during construction. I don't feel safe walking up to my unit. If I could end my lease and move out, I would.
