Great for families. Library in front, public park & pool on the side. Close to everything.
Not enough storage space.
Beautiful location.
2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, decent size kitchen, living room, dining room & balcony. It also includes a storage shed in the landlord''s backyard. The apartment itself has very little storage space. 1 closet in the master bedroom, 1 closet in the hallway entrance, and 2 small closets in the small bedroom. So you will really use the storage shed. But other than that, it''s a very nice space. The landlords are respectful, understanding people. The location is amazing for families.
If you have a car, you would need to pay the city a 60$ parking fee every year, just to park on the street.
I was originally terrified of the stairs during winter, but as long as you shovel and salt it regularly you will be perfectly fine.
