Lived here for way too long because of the price per size of the apartment and location. Tried looking for new places for several years but nothing came close. I guess it's a good place since it has allowed me to save money since prices went up.
There are a bunch of problems with this apartment that I have had to deal with.
Mice, bed bugs, roaches, ants, water leaks, mold, water damage, and more...
If you ever need repairs to be done, expect the simplest and cheapest method to be used weeks maybe months later.
Expect your bathroom to leak since they won't repair the water pipes.
There are also people who use the garages behind the apartment to do mechanic work. You will hear very loud cars that will sometimes shake the building. Do you like the smell of gasoline?
The landlords are very nice, I just wish they took better care of the place.
