Absolute garbage landlord and AirBNB nightmare.
Landlord rented to an AirBNB hosting tenant despite the contract forbidding it. AirBNB party guests puked all over the carpeted stairs, then the landlord refused to clean it, or force the tenant of the AirBNB to clean it properly. Noisy parties every single weekend, which of course the landlord refused to do anything about. Didn't repair the doorbell for the entire year I lived there. Thankfully there weren't too many things that broke otherwise, I doubt anything would have been fixed.
