The landlord does not promptly complete repairs and does not fix anything. He claims that because the fridge and dryer are not included in the lease he does not need to make repairs. Both my parents are landlords and even if an item such as a fridge or dryer is not in the lease agreement, they promptly make repairs to basic items such as this. I have read many of their lease agreements and in none of them are basic life necessities such as fridges or dryers listed, yet they still make repairs promptly. Do not sign a lease with him as he does not respect common human decency.
