The janitor was an old lady who was super friendly when we went there looking for an apartment and were promised many things in the beginning but had to move into the apartment without cleaning and without kitchen equipment installed..
It took around a month to get everything installed, even kitchen water supply. She never picks up calls and never does anything if you have any problems in the apartment. It took a long time to get basic things in the apartment.
The building is full of cockroaches and even rats. Janitor always makes false promises to get repairs done and then won't even pick up your call and then makes excuses that she has bad health and then again promises you with new false promises for the repairs.
You will find her complaining about how expensive the repairs are and that she has to pay 40-50 dollars hourly to the repair company. She will complain even how the city is asking her for tax details from past years. Whenever you will try to complain about any problem in the apartment, she will start with her own set of problems but never gets anything fixed. The staff she had in the building was weird. The guy who installs everything in the building (I think was the electricians ) messages girls in the building to be friends with him.
The janitor will enter your apartment without any notification or message and even in our rooms. Electricity was included in rent but she won't turn heaters on till December. City inspectors even closed half of her building because it was not up to the living standards for anyone but she still keeps renting out those apartments. There were many more things but I am tired of writing this long review.
