Safe place to live in because the landlord lives downstairs and doesn''t work, so he is always there.
Landlord is always standing outside and is louder than every single person on the street. He throws house parties and all of his friends take up all of the available street parking. I think he has a casino in the basement.
The landlord lives with his brother who comes home usually late at night. Even at 2am he will beep the alarm on his van so many times waking me up all the time and the neighbors around him.
