-Really close to Concordia/Atwater metro.
-Close to many stores/services.
-Laundry in building. It is free most of the time.
-Really warm in the winter.
-Heating included, so hydro/gas bills are small.
-Landlord will fix issues with the apartment, but it takes time.
-A lot of parties during the week, which is tough for full-time workers.
-Tenants with subwoofers make life miserable at times.
-Virtually no parking.
