Restez éloigné de ce bâtiment , il est infesté de coquerelles et punaises de lit.
Le propriétaire refuse de l'admettre par contre tous les locataires se plaignent. Ils sortent des bouches d'aération de la salle de bain et du ventilateur de la Hotte de cuisine car elle va à l'extérieur et elle est pleine de gras et coquerelles.
En plus ils ont une association avec OMHM pour des loyer à prix modique

Trash is always taken care of and the concierge is nice.
I like that it is close to the parc and old port
The hospital is noisy
Periodic bug problems come and go.
