I never met the landlord, my evaluation refers to the concierge working at the building. I rented a small cheap studio here for about a year and a half (no lease). During this period of time, I've had to report several problems such as leaky faucets. However, almost for the entire period of time I lived there, my apartment remained swarmed with bedbugs. I had to dispose of most of my belongings (including furniture) while my apartment was treated 4 times for pests, to no avail. By the time I left, I had a serious skin reaction to all the poison used to treat the bugs. It was not determined why the bugs kept coming back, but several other tenants reported the same issue. The walls in the apartments are also super thin. You can expect to hear toilets flushing, cellphones vibrating, neighbours' voices and so on.
