- Nice quiet location in NDG. Lots of stores and terasses are walking distance. Excellent location : Vendome metro walking distance and Decarie highway is just there.
- Lawndrey room in the basement (always available)
- Old victorian building, very well maintained, big windows, hardwood floors
- You can always contact the landlord by e-mail and he gets back very fast
- Janitor on place
- The landlord will do a credit check etc for all tenants - he doesn''t want problems in the building...
- If you have a car, it might be a little difficult to found parking (I don''t have a car, but parking is on the street)
- pets are allowed, only if they are quiet
If you want a lot of light during the daytime, choose the appartements with windows on Prud''homme
