I lived here for 2 years, horrible landlord and horrible BUILDING.
Broken windows, landlord refused to fix my window in the dead of winter (minus 15-40 degrees...yeah, I wish I was joking)
He just rented it out to some poor guy, and the windows still broken and the bathrub still moldy. The new tenant didn't notice it until he moved in (lol)
Cockroaches, MICE and rats (I have pictures)
Mold in the bathroom, LEAKING bathtub (hole in it-literally)
Also, a slow drain in the bathtub so the bath would fill up with water for so long it literally grew black mold all over the tub (disgusting).
I also came back from a trip to a leaking ceiling, took the landlord so long for them to send someone to fix it and the only reason they did is because the ceiling was about to cave in due to the wood rotting.
