Huge cockroach infestation for about 2 years now. The laziest administrators, building being cleaned only if IMMOSCOTT comes for a visit. Working on a 12-8pm schedule, but never answering (always sleeping and if they answer - only in the first 2-3 days of the month for rent. Woman is in pyjamas no matter the hour and seems to be always sleeping, smoking and drinking alcohol, or covered by a bed sheet and barely able to keep her eyes open. She never bothes to even talk to you unless during "working hours".
Apartments need big renovations - bathtubs painted with regular paint to cover stains, bathroom walls covered with sheets of plastic over ceramic that is broken, kitchen counters fixed with pieces of wood and covered with vinyl from dollar store, lower cabinets moved from one apartment to another, even if they don't fit and have empty spaces.
Renovations will be promised, but never done, because they have no people to do them or they bring the cheapest fixes. All will be covered by a coat of paint. Took them 3 days to bring a plumber.
Heating is hit and miss, with more than half of the building being freezing and the other half extremely hot.
