La propriétaire est très très très disciplinée ; elle a son système et semble peu flexible sur celui-ci. Mais en revanche, elle est facilement joignable si besoin. Elle effectue les réparations dans des délais acceptable. Cependant, faites ATTENTION à son homme à tout faire qu'elle engage pour faire des travaux, il travail souvent de façon peu professionnel et tend à faire les réparations rapidement et/ou «botcher» le travail.
