Younger couple with a baby who live a few minutes away. Super friendly and will help you in any way possible. They mostly speak french.
Nothing bad to say
Rent is amazingly reasonable. About a 5 minute walk to the grocery store, dollar store, Tim Hortons and Gas station (30 second drive).
Big park right behind the building and very friendly neighbors
