This place is the worst place where you can live:
- Water damage.
- Bedbugs.
- Rats.
- Ants.
- Airbnb (a LOT of noise).
- Commun areas are dirty.
- Stolen package (shipment).
- Isolation is bad.
- Washers and dryers are simply bad.
The management doesn't care at all, they communicate only via email and they push everything to the janitor if any issue, they don't hire professional to do the reparation. I HIGHLY don't recommend living here, they're charging way too much for nothing, as per recent listing they're renting the apt for 1k$ or they're used to charge in the 700s$. Avoid it if you want to avoid the headache.

Over all this building is the best way to lose money.
Landlord never appears, you can only send him emails and he answers after two weeks.
The concierge doesn’t have the minimum of french or english (you will talk with hands and you will never understand what he’s saying)
Washer doesnt wash it only takes 2$
Dryer doesn’t dry it only takes 1,50$
And when they renewed it they brought used machines which have the same problem.
Very very very noisy you can listen to all your neighbours stories

Landlord attempted to take me to court and during the process asked why I wanted to leave ?!
Takes forever to do reparations, WAY OVERPRICED, is very rude and disrespectful, tells the janitor to conduct visits when nobody is home and with no prior notice (law states that notices must be made 24h in advance and WITH consent, landlord doesn''t give a crap, puts a printed paper on the front glass door saying that visits will occur without further notice for the next 3 months...CRAZY!)
Constant construction on Iberville, lots of truck traffic, building is always rattling, homeless people sleeping in the lobby couch and a lot of sketchy tenants..
