Lived here because of the awesome location. The concierge is a very nice old man.. however he would just walk right into the apartment without much warning. It did not feel 100% private due to this (He liked to talk to us..so might be different with others?) The insulation is terrible so be prepared for astronomical Hydro bills in the winter. Towards the end had an issue with mice.. may have been resolved since I lived there. The yard is very nice, but the walls are thin. Great for a short term.. but definitely not a homestead. Very high turnover in the building.

Never met the actual landlord, only the concierge; a very nice man from France in his 70s.
Patchwork repairs, terrible winter insulation (hydro bill= $$$). Over priced for what you get in terms of the apartment itself.. but location is great.
