This landlord is great. Very strict but gets everything done when she says she will, repairs promptly, always available, apartments are cleaned and prepared meticulously before you arrive. I lived here for a wonderful two years before buying a house and it was a great experience
Negatives are that you can hear the neighbours above you walking around (unless you''re on the top floor!) finding parking can be a huge problem even with a permit sticker. But you are close to everything- metro, groceries, restos, bars, bank
