The apartment is old but quite livable, the neighborhood is full of children and the landlord is nice
Even if the landlord is is nice he does fuckall and the balcony is in intense need of repair as do other things.
We don''t do a lot of noise or...a lot of anything in general so I entered 5 for tolerances.
