I'm writing in response to the previous comment. I do agree that the previous landlord was not easy to deal with but since they change staff it's great. It wasn't fair for the actual staff. The location is ideal close to school, the Heating is usually too high in the winter but other than that everything's great.

Conveniently located close to McGill gym, campus, etc.
Landlord is the worse. I knew about 9 apartments worth of people in the building (about 27 people) and only 1 apartment resigned their lease (and none of them were graduating, they just couldnt stand the asshole of a landlord).
He never fixes anything, will call you names, wasn''t aware that the building got broken into over Xmas with 5 apartments getting broken into.
