Worst landlord I ever dealt with. Got mice and big holes on the roof with rain dropping inside for over 8 months. Also problem with the back door which doesn't shut properly during winter and took months to repair. I had to wear a winter jacket inside at one point. Never rent this place

He''ll take absolutely anyone, on the spot, no references, no credit check. (Not sure if that''s a good thing for neighbors)
Fred Pellatt, the landlord and owner, puts as little money as possible into this location. When I lived there the place became infested with mice in the winter and he couldn''t have cared less. It took weeks to hire an exterminator that didn''t succeed in eliminating the problem. I spent my own money paying for traps and losing sleep because of this.
The walls are also paper thin and if your apartment is on the back you''ll be treated to the sounds of of a loud industrial air conditioner just outside of your apartment terrace (it''s on the restaurant below). This air conditioner runs nearly every hour of the summer.
When I moved in, the apartment had just been painted, but was full of garbage that I had to remove.
Never rent from this guy. Worst decision ever.
Avoid this place.
