good price for the place. very nice neighborhood. apartment has a laundry room which is great. high ceilings and lots of light.
landlord is slow to respond (if he responds). doesn''t follow up ever. Is quite cheap when it comes to repairs. He will get things done but you have to push very very hard.
area has lots of restaurants but lacks good grocery stores.
parks are nearby. good parking, access to bike paths.
