There's the cockroaches and other bugs infesting the entire building but the landlord refuses to fumigate. He will feed you a sob story to get you to help him with labour (painting, flooring, going to his house to carry stuff, etc..) He will not pay you for any work you do for him. He has taken every single tenant for the last 10 years in front of the regie... Do not waste your time or energy or sanity for that matter. Do not rent from him! Oh and he also has heaters in the basement that are connected to your hydro, so expect your hydro bill to top over 600$
