I've had very pleasant interaction with the landlord and building manager so far, in the little over a year I have been living there so far. I have requested some repairs that have been done (ie. washer started leaking and got fully replaced). Manager and landlord answer messages in a very timely manner. The walls are probably made out of cardboard but thankfully my neighbours are very quiet so it is dead silent. I wish there was a bit more light coming in the inner courtyard but I really appreciate how I don't hear the city noise at all. Feeling well cared for makes me want to stay living here. The area is very convenient and the supermarket downstairs have very nice people running it. I would recommend living here. Electricity costs more than elsewhere, but rent is cheaper than apartments nearby so it compensates anyway

Good place to live, so close to everything, nightlife, schools, etc.
Expensive for what it is; windows are so old it costs soooo much to heat this appartment; they keep it clean but do not fix anything; the building manager does''nt fix anything; it is hard even to have internet installed here since he doesn''t give access to the rooftop (and they need it); many cables just fall from the rooftop in the interior yard, which we don''t even have access to; the restaurant in the basement makes some noise (plates and dishwashing) we hear through the yard
