Janitor is super friendly and helpful.
Landlord is extremely hard to deal with , like the user's rating described above, very cheap and hostile,
always blaming the tenant automatically on all rental issues.
Overcharges by 150 CAD on average compared to identical buildings on the same street.
Refuses to pay for repairs or usually wait till the reasonable time.
Admits tenants from all walks of life, one tenant is often seen acting rudely and shouting against people around including the janitor.
