Landlord & realtor are extremely difficult to deal with. Both act very unprofessionally, going directly against the rules of the regie du logement of quebec. Its a shame, the basement apartment itself is beautiful and brand new. However, based on my experience it is not worth dealing with either of them. Look elsewhere.
