The landlord is letting illegal clubs operate in the building and not doing enough to stop it.
Myself, and several other tenants have been complaining to make it stop.
And now there's a second unit that's having major parties. It's getting worse.

The property management company, Occidental Lofts / Danda Capital doesn't take tenant complaints seriously and refuses to fix building issues. There are several tenants with active claims against the company.
