Has gone from an average apartment building to Airbnb to very short term renting through another slumlord, but not the landlord. The rent is too expensive for what you get in return. There's always a repair going on (7:30am to 7pm) in the building, there is constant noise, even during weekends and holidays. The work is almost always done by non-professonals. Janitor is filthy. Loud, impolite, noisy disgusting neighbors, and disrespectful tenants. Landlord always finds a way to have the last word if you have a problem.

Old utilities in the apartments (broken when you start renting, and will not be changed). Smell of marijuana on certain floors and crackheads who frequent the building (because the front door is always broken). When I complained to the landlord's onsite respresentative, he said to me "If you don't like it leave!"

This became a horrible experience. No wonder they don't rent to families anymore. Forgot to mention there was an ignored and kept secret Covid-19 infection in May 2020, plus bedbug and roach infestations every 4 to 5 months. Numerous people filling apartments on weekends for get togethers.
