The location is IDEAL. Between Monkland and Queen Mary everything is within walking distance, including the metro and many buses.
Landlord was using the apartment as a long term hotel...weird LOUD tenant would move in for a week, party it up, and leave. I lived there for 12 years, and had to move because I could take the revolving door of bizarre tenants who treated the place like a fraternity house.
