Great apartment but a new landlord came in and bought the duplex and asked to get the two apartments, one for himself, the other officially for his mother. I had to sue him at the rent board to have my moving expenses paid by him. After I moved out and he moved in I realized that he had actually rented the remaining apartment to a friend of his... and NOT his mother!
