This building is a fantastic price for the neighbourhood, which is very safe, nice, pleasant, and well-located with a good feeling of community. We have almost never had problems with neighbours aside from being able to hear loud music occasionally, especially if you border on the courtyard. There is a nice mixture of older people, young families, students and of francophones, anglophones and hispanophones.
There could be more storage (there is hardly any except you might be able to arrange something in the basement) and also more bike parking but they are working on that.
The concierge is really great too.
