The landlady is nice, but broken stuff in the apartment does not get fixed for a very long time. The walls are extremely thin. Could hear when downstairs neighbors talk loudly, watch TV or listen to music. They in turn, could also hear everything we did. Would not recommend if you have kids. Very annoying. Temperature insulation is not great. Nice neighborhood, but very pricy for bad noise and temperature insulation.

No noise insulation. You can hear everything your neighbours do. Broken things don't get repaired.

Very friendly landlord. Lives in the basement of the building. Only complains when cigarettes or garbage falls into her yard.
Sometimes it can take a little bit of time to get things fixed, but the apt is generally well kept.
The rent is very reasonable considering the apt has 3 double bedrooms and a separate toilet bathroom.
