Really cheap rent for a big place.
Really poorly kept with hardly anything getting fixed when asked. The bathroom window was broken for 7 months before it was repaired, including the -30 winter months, and even then it was repaired with a cheap piece of plexiglass to cover it, not an actual new window.
There was a bed bug problem.
