Overall, good condo for a couple in a very nice and beautiful area.
The landlord (initials KP), in general, is kind and helpful, even brings you a bottle of wine for Christmas. However, in sometimes he was resistant to complete repairs and in such cases it was not very pleasant to communicate with him.
If I needed to rent again in Montreal, would not mind to rent his apartment again.
Subway is 15 minutes away by bus or car. Commuting to downtown by public transport will take about 50 minutes. Nice ride by bike though in summer.
