The building is very good, and the neighborhood very calm. However we've had multiple issues with the landlord. We used to live just above him and when we were just WALKING at night or speaking (normally speaking not very loud) either he comes up and start to yell at our doors or he cut the electricity off or he call the police (he did this three times). He told the police we were doing a party and that we were very noisy... If you work late and you want to take a shower forget about it. If you do so, he will cut the water off (he did this with other tenants in the building). In one word at the question: should you rent? NO!!!
