The landlord is old, but he's very kind and he has a lot of buildings around the neighborhood, that are usually not too expensive on top of that.
This apartment is weirdly divided, but it's very nice. The kitchen is a bit small, but the bedroom and living room are huge. The washer and dryer are downstair in the basement, but you have your own and they are rented with the place. The bathroom is great too, even though it's super weird that the toilet is in a seperated little room. But hey, I guess someone can more easily take a shower while someone else is peeing that way and they both keep their intimacy.
The neighborhood is not great though. You're a little far from everything. In the winter, it's not the best. In the summer, it's manageable. Not the best place to be a woman at night either.
All in all, it's not expensive, it's a great apartment, but the neighborhood and the proximity to stuff and like subway and busses is not the best (34 and 29 I think, 34 is ok, 29 is garbage).
