Cheap rent, apartments are on 2 floors, nicely designed, parking in the back, bus stop and ATM close by
Dirty, smelly, bedbugs and rude owner.
I signed the lease September 26 for October 1st, and I had to throw out the last tenant''s stuff because he wouldn''t move them. He had stuff rotting in the fridge and I was stuck with fruit flies and bad smell in the apartment for 10 days.
I paid 30$ extra per month for a parking spot and people kept parking in my spot. The manager was telling me to stop complaining and park elsewhere. Really??
Then I notice the guys next to my apartment have a bunch of stuff on their balcony. When a week later their stuff were still outside and I found a bed bug trying to come in from the basement''s bathroom air trap, I called the landlord and he implied I brought the bugs there. He wasn''t laughing anymore when I told him I know why these guys had their stuff out. I had my apartment checked for bedbugs and got a preventive treatment in the air trap then I ceased the lease to a couple who wanted it on December 1st.
It''s owned by some guy and his brothers, but it''s ran by a management company and this chick on the 2nd floor collects the rent but can''t help you with anything.
Bad experience over all. Try not to rent there. It reeks cigarette, pets aren''t supposed to be allowed but there are big ones. Too bad because the apartments are well designed, but everything else is a big fat ZERO.
