The new owner have done a great job renovating the apartments. The building is kept clean. However, many issues are disregarded by the owner who often responds in a rude manner. One in particular is the frequency of stolen packages. Most packages are delivered at the lobby and they are often stolen and the owners don't want to address this problem. It is frustrating and will cost you a lot of money

We are living here from 2018 and we have not face any issue.. maintenance is prompt.. very helpfull property manager .

Worst apartment I've lived in. We had BEDBUGS in the building, and in the year when I lived there, it never got better. When I moved in and started being bitten, I told the landlady about it and she made me believe they never had a bedbug problem before and that it must have been me who brought them in. I soon realized that almost all my neighbours had bedbugs. I would have to do laundry every other day, I couldn't sleep, I was living in a studio but I would stay almost all the time on my balcony. I did all the steps to help the management with the problem (cleaning, putting everything in bags, etc.), and they had exterminations every month or so but it would never work because they wouldn't do all the building at the same time, which only makes the bedbugs move around in the building and they get stronger by surviving the exterminations. The exterminators would just put a spray bomb in the middle of the apartment, which didn't do anything. The landlady was on the defensive when I explained her the situation, she would also tell me I was the only one with the problem persisting which wasn't true, and she wouldn't give me the name of the extermination company. They were very inexpensive so the management probably employed them to look as if they were trying to get rid of the bedbugs but they didn't care at all. A month before I moved out, the concierge came in my apartment to look at my furnitures and they told me they were almost all infested, so I was to get rid of all of them because I didn't want to run the chance to move bedbugs with me.

This apartment cost me a lot in money (the rent for a studio was 680$, not counting all the laundry and all the furnitures I lost) but also in mental health. I wish to no one to live in that building. I know some people didn't have bedbugs, I hope they never do, but from the way the management was dealing with it when I lived there, I believe the entire building will be infested. I should have broken my lease and moved out earlier and even went to court if necessary, but I became so weak mentally and manipulated into thinking it was my own fault, I couldn't find the strength to do it and I was too scared. I regret not going after them, the management should pay for their lack of responsibility and professionalism. If someone if living the same nightmare, just know there are a lot of resources for these kinds of problems, don't be afraid to reach out to them, ask questions, and take the steps.

Dislikes:
- Landlord and owner yells at tenants, use the bad language on the phone
- The traffic noise is intolerant, especially if you live in the apartments facing the Decarie highway
- The ventilator is not good, you can smell other's foods in your apartment through the fan
- there is no fan in the corridor
- the price is quite high and not compatible with quality
- the water sometimes turn brown, not clean and sometimes smelly
- noise insulation is not good, you can hear your neighbour talking, the floor is not made in concreat (as the broker affirms)

Like:
- the heat is kept long, you do not feel cold
- the cleaner is working well
