I strongly suggest that you think twice before renting at this address. The landlord asked me for 10 cents to copy the lease (she doesn''t pay for an official one of course) when I could clearly see that her wallet was full of change. It goes without saying that this attitude is apparent in her willingness to do repairs. We went without a fire extinguisher for about 6 months because she refused to pay for a new one when the old one was stolen. That brings me to the next point. In the winter, the front door does not lock, therefore anyone can get into the building. Furthermore, the insulation is so bad that I had to wear my jacket inside in the winter even when the heating was cranked up to it''s highest. All in all a terrible experience. Be careful!!
